Setup:

The ROTINO cup-sealing machine is a system that can either seal cups with stamping lids or press plastic lids onto the cups (table-top model). 

The 4 ROTINO stations:

1. Cup insertion/removal
2. Filling (CUPFILLER)
3. Automatic lid application
4. Heat-sealing or pressing of lid

Operating modes:

• Single cycle: each cycle is triggered separately
• Automatic mode: the machine runs continuously up to the stop signal

The speed is freely selectable. The set values can be saved in 4-value databases.

Output:

Up to 1000 cups/hour.

Operation:

All functions can be switched on/off via the touch panel. 

Format change:

• Components to change: 4 cup rings, 1 lid magazine
• With the duo sealing plate you don't need to change the sealing head
• Time required: less than one minute
• Costs: the format components are very affordable!

Maximum packaging dimensions:

Sealing cups: up to ø 115mm 

Catering cups: up to ø 100mm 

Alufoil containers: up to ø 65mm

• Electric: 230V + neutral + earth, 50Hz
• Air pressure: 6bar working pressure, max. usage  200l/min (incl. CUPFILLER)
